Owner and licensed professional inspector, Parks McInnis, has been in the construction and inspection industry for over 10 years – we know what to look for, and how to interpret our findings.

All inspections by Trident Home Inspections follow North Carolina Standards of Practice with added emphasis on fire and life safety. In my time as a full time firefighter and life safety educator, it has been brought to my attention that surprisingly few people understand the systems in their homes and or the need to have existing systems updated.
