Inspection Services

Inspected Once, Inspected Right!

Buyer’s Inspections

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Move-In Certified Seller’s Inspections

A Move-In Certified  Seller’s Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home for sale inspected now.

Builder’s One-Year Warranty Inspections

Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components.

Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspections

I use state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye. By evaluating the images, I can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems such as wood destroying pest and rodent infestations and flue leaks in the chimney.

Homeowner Maintenance Inspections

A homeowner may want a list of repairs to work off of. Sometimes, it’s difficult to objectively evaluate your own house. An objective inspection report can help the homeowner prioritize home repairs.

New Construction Inspections

Just because your property is new doesn’t mean you don’t need to have it inspected. Ensure your new home is free from potential issues and meet the standards set by the city/state.

Drone Inspections

Through our drones, we can inspect areas of the house that may be dangerous to reach on foot.
